how to print a payroll hours time sheet

Hi Don, welcome to the Community Forum. It’s great to have you here. I’m here to help you find the report with the timesheets you need to print in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I understand how important it is to get the information you need quickly and efficiently, so let’s work together to make this as smooth as possible for you. Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered!

Please follow the steps below:

  1. In your QBO account, go to My Apps, select Time, and then click on Time Reports.
  2. Select Payroll report.

  3. Customize the Report Dates and other filters as needed, then click Run Report.

  4. Click the Plus icon or the employee's name to view more details.

Now that we have pulled up the report with timesheets. We need to download the report first so we can print it. You have the option to download the report for each employee or the summary.

If you wish to download for each employee, here's how you can do it:

  1. In the report, select one employee to show the details.
  2. Choose the file format you need to download.

Alternatively, if you'd like to download a summary of the report, please follow these steps:

  1. In the report, click Download.
  2. Choose the report you need: Payroll Totals, Payroll by Day (CSV), or Individual Timesheets (CSV).

After downloading the desired report, you can now open and print it as needed.

If there’s anything else I can do to help, Don, just let me know by clicking the Reply button below. I’m here for you every step of the way! Your success means a lot to me, and I want to make sure everything is as smooth as possible for you. Take care and stay safe!
