Hello,
I'm currently using QuickBooks Advanced version in the UAE, and I've encountered an issue where the SpreadSheet Sync feature is not available. Despite having the advanced version, I cannot find this feature, which is essential for my workflow.
I am getting the following message :
"App initialization error
Spreadsheet sync is not enabled for AE country.Got it"
Can anyone confirm if this feature is supposed to be available in the UAE with the QuickBooks Advanced subscription? If not, are there any alternative solutions or workarounds that I can use to sync my spreadsheets with QuickBooks?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Hi there, George971.
I can see the benefits of using Spreadsheet Sync to streamline your workflow. However, the option to use it outside of the United States is unavailable. With this, I recommend checking third-party applications that can help you with the task at hand.
While I can't suggest a specific application, you can visit our Apps Center or browse the Apps menu to find a tool that suits your needs.
Here's how:

Don't know what is the advantage of using QBO Advanced version and paying the extra cost if that integration isn't available. even though it is promoted as available for QBO Advanced users but only for certain geographical area
I am uncertain about the benefit of paying extra for QBO Advanced if the integration, promoted for Advanced users, is actually restricted to specific geographical areas. I hope the developers address this issue, as this feature is extremely helpful. It would significantly assist in translating QBO transactions into customized Excel reports for financial readers.
