Is anyone else having difficulty getting the bank feed to AIB to reconnect? my last update was 21 Sep, error message says QBO cannot connect to AIB.

Let's visit your bank's website to see if there's any notifications or alerts that's preventing it from connecting to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Jm. Then, perform some basic troubleshooting steps to re-establish the connection.

To begin with, log in to your financial institution's website and look for the following:

Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

If everything looks good, open your company via the private window or incognito mode. This is to determine if the stored files in your browser are preventing the online program from connecting to AIB. Here are the shortcut keys to bring up private browsing in each browser:

Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N.
Safari 11 or newer: Press ⌘ + Shift + N.
Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.
Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P.

Once logged in, connect your bank again. If this works, shift back to your regular browser and clear the cache except the cookies to start fresh and boost its overall performance. When the bank feeds connection is working back to normal, categorize your downloaded transactions into the right category to facilitate a smooth reconciliation process.

Thanks for your response.

Tried using Chrome and MS edge, but same result, error message saying QBO cannot connect to AIB. Tried clearing cache and browsing history, but that did not solve the problem either.

To start, have you followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned above? If you and the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They have the expertise and tools to initiate a screen-sharing session, review your account, and investigate the root cause of the problem. Here's how:

Log in to your QBO account.
Click (?) Help button at the top right corner.
Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
Type a summary of your concern and click Continue.
Choose a way to connect with us: select Start a Chat or Get a Callback.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file. Once the transactions download from your bank feeds, remember to exclude them to avoid duplicates.
