Change in payment method

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, CIPL..

Intuit payment method for QBO subscription requires a debit or credit card. If your Net Banking has this, then it is supported.

To sort this out, can you tell me what the exact error is? Any additional details will be appreciated. This will help me look for more a effective way on fixing this issue with changing payment method.

In the meantime, let's try some basic troubleshooting to see if it's the browser that's causing this behavior.

Let's start by accessing your account through a private browser or incognito window. This is a good place to start the troubleshoot since this type of browser doesn't store cache.

You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Try changing the payment method again. If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the cache to make sure your browser functions more efficiently. Otherwise, you can try other supported browser to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.

Here's an article for more information about changing your payment information in QBO. This article is for QuickBooks Online Global version and can be applicable to all QBO versions: Update the payment information for your subscription.

If there's anything I can help you with, feel free to drop me a reply below. Hope you have a good one.

I am adding all the required details in the net banking portion but when I put the UserID and password it shows the error as this is incorrect log-in credentials even though it is the same credentials that we are using.
