QuickBooks will tag your return as Mark as filed after processing it in QuickBooks Online, userahmedissaawad.
To undo the filing, please contact our Chat Support Team and provide the following information:
- QuickBooks Online Company ID. You can get your company ID by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Account and Settings. Then, proceed to the Billing and Subscription tab and look for the ID in the upper part of the screen.
- Which tax filing period you want to unfile.
The unfiling process is carried out by the back-end team. Please take note that during this process, all users must remain signed out (select Gear icon, then Sign out). Once the tax return has been successfully unfiled, our support team will contacted you.
