Zettle (PayPal) integration

We have QB Plus with a Zettle (PayPal POS) integration. Invoices for sales through from Zettle are applied correctly to our Debtors, sales and to our Cash and Card Control Accounts, but Credit Notes (where we make refunds) are not. We end up with a negative credit on Debtors and our Control Accounts do not balance by the amount of the Credit Note.
There does not seem to be a setting on Zettle to deal with this.
The attachment shows an example dated 24th January. The Debtor amount is applied to our Control Accounts, but the Credit Note is not, even though it says it is.
Can anybody help?
