We can only cancel the subscription and reactivate it later when needed, Me3.
Here's how:
Open a web browser on your computer (not a mobile device).
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the primary or company admin.
Navigate to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
In the QuickBooks subscription section, click Cancel.
Follow the on-screen steps.
Please note that once you cancel your subscription, you will retain read-only access to your data for one year. During this time, you can view and print invoices and reports, including outstanding ones, but you will not be able to make changes.
