I just completed Canada certification.
I've checked and checked again, but when I link QB to our USD ISCU MC, it pulls in our Canadian Mastercard transactions. I've unlinked it, and linked it again. We are using multicurrency settings. Has anyone encountered this before?
Does Quickbooks essential with 3 users allow 3 different companies? Thank you.

I used to be able to just type in new client's name and email address and proceed through completing the email invoicing form easily. Now when I type in a new client's name, a very long form with lots of fields pop up and the ease of just typing in the client's name and email address is gone. Pls help! I had also today connected my quickbooks with my bank accounts to enable me to receive bank transfers. But even went I turn off that function and just accept credit cards - it still produces a big long form for me to fill out. Pls help!
how do i format the date for bank transactions? some are mm/dd/yr and others are dd/mm/yr. some transactions are from the same vendor source but loaded in using different date formats.
Mobile QBO not working all information blank
I have not changed any setting recently in QB and for some reason I no longer have the option to do the two-step verification by e-mail, only by text message. Does anyone know what cause this and how to fix it? Thanks.
I would like the option of accessing all acount data for 7 years, after terminating my quickbooks account.Currently there are only 365 days of Read Only access. As the CRA requires we keep all company records and accounting for 7 years, if I cancel my quickbooks, how do I maintain some kind of read only access after the 365 days have passed?Quicbooks Support suggested I pay for 7 years if I need access - hardly seems reasonable to pay $3500 for read only access and absolutely zero usage. Why is there no subscription model per year for read-only? something reasonable in price? There must be a better way to handle this. How does the community handle this?
Is there a way to connect our QuickBooks account to our website so we can manage the accounting info of our customers?
Sorry thats not even close to what i wanted to say just want help for what i pay for
I have an asset account that has subaccounts with $70K in assets and $70K in amortization, so the higher level account is $0. I want to hide this account on the balance sheet, but inactivating it doesn't work since the subaccounts have dollar values in them. I can just merge them into the higher-level account but I would like to know if that's the best way to do it from a management accounting best practice perspective. Thanks!
