Sorry thats not even close to what i wanted to say just want help for what i pay for

I have an asset account that has subaccounts with $70K in assets and $70K in amortization, so the higher level account is $0.  I want to hide this account on the balance sheet, but inactivating it doesn't work since the subaccounts have dollar values in them.  I can just merge them into the higher-level account but I would like to know if that's the best way to do it from a management accounting best practice perspective.  Thanks!

Hello QB, Once again you have been visited by the "Good idea fairy" and once again it is lacking in features and really does not seem well thought out. The result is a confusing interface when it was working just fine. I do not have time to dedicate to re-learning this tool every time you feel like making a change. Ultimately QB is one of MANY tools we employ as a business and if everyone changed the interface as often as you do I would not be able to get anything done. Please change the user interface back to the way it was. The marketing-centric interface sucks. Previously the lay out was intuitive enough that finding menu options did not require a call to tech support.  All I am asking is that you give people the option to stick with what they had.

Hi!My client's company's got dissolved. How can I cancel the subscription when it was among my accounting firm's subscriptions? I do not need to transfer it to the client, as his company does not exist any more. Thank you.

I recently switched to online QB from the desktop version.In my desktop version, I had two separate invoice templates and two different email addresses.  I used one or the other depending on the customer.Is there a way to set up two email address in QB online so that I can choose which one to send from for each invoice? Amanda

My bank account requires SecureID for login. This means I have a key that generates a set of numbers to enter along with username and password every time I log in. However, when linking bank account in QBO, I only have the option to enter username and password, so I keep receiving an error (103). I tried to resolve on the phone with an agent and they were unable to help (only thing they made me try was performing the link in an incognito window - did not work).
