I recognize the convenience of using the mobile app on the go. Let me assist you in resolving any concerns, mike547.
To do that, I need more information to lay out accurate resolutions. Did you experience any issues or encounter errors when utilizing the app? Are you having difficulty navigating or creating a transaction? What task are you trying to do? Any additional data would help us get on the same page.
We're here to walk you through it, step by step. Just let us know if you need more help.
You are not listening. Intuit has taken a perfectly functioning accounting program and made it unusable. Nobody likes the AI, nobody wants the AI, so naturally Intuit is making it unavoidable with irreversible changes to their AI dysfunction.
Agreed. This app has given me nothing but trouble for at least 2 months. This has happened multiple times through the last 10 yrs that I've been using it, and everytime I talk to customer support they tell me to delete and reinstall the app. It has literally never made a difference. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it stops for months at a time.
In short, IIntuit/QBO has invested heavily in AI and rather than admit they screwed up, they appear to be willing to surrender any good will they had with paying users and the accountants that sold QBO for them by forcing irreversible changes to their AI "features".
I get angry calls almost daily from clients that are fed up with QBO. They are lost in the changes, can no longer effectively run their businesses with confidence and want suggestions on an alternative to QuickBooks. Intuit has already lost 47% of its stock value so I'm not sure what they are waiting for before reversing course.
