Free On-boarding Call

I signed up for QBO. I read that there was a free 55 minute onboarding call as part of my plan. How do initiate this call? I received emails about bookkeeping services but nothing about a free on-boarding call.

I went to this link last week and setup the onboarding call this morning. When the call started the Intuit rep told me that this was only for UK onboarding. She told me me that she could schedule a call for me with a US onboarding representative. I got the Calendy confirmation for today at 4PM. Then the US onboarding representative cancels the call telling time that I'm not qualified because I'm not a new US customer. I just signed up for the first time! What nonsense. So far I'm not impressed with Intuit/QuickBooks service and support.

I also did not receive the specified on boarding link in my welcome or subsequent emails. Please help.

I have watched the tutorials and mostly completed everything myself. My question is - why do my invoices I created in Quick books have a category of sales in transactions and I am not allowed to change this? I can not find anything on the invoices for this to happen? I re categorised everything when I linked my business bank account but these invoices I do not have access to
