Login your QBO account as Primary Admin and navigate to Billing and Subscription menu.

Hello there. Let's work together in renewing your subscription here in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

For renewals, as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll be prompted to resubscribe. Otherwise, we can follow these steps to route you to the subscription page: 

 

  1. Select Settings, then Subscriptions and billing.
  2. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
  3. Enter the Payment information and Billing address.
  4. Select Resubscribe.

You can resubscribe by signing in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then navigating to the Gear icon > Subscriptions and billing > Resubscribe.

 

Update your company information, then click Address and Save. Enter the Payment information and Billing address. Tick the two checkboxes of payment authorization and subscription agreement. Once done, select Resubscribe.
