How to unsubscribe?

Hi, BubbleBean. I’m sorry to hear QuickBooks Online hasn’t met your business needs. Canceling your subscription depends on where you signed up.

If you subscribed through a mobile app store, cancel directly within the app store. Otherwise, follow these steps to unsubscribe directly from Intuit:

1. Sign in to your Intuit Account Manager.
2. Navigate to Products & Billing and click your company name.
3. Locate the product you want to cancel and select Cancel.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll receive a confirmation once cancellation is complete.
