Both tsb and mettle are no reconnecting to the quickbooks app
The last transaction showing is from 02/04/2026, though I know there should be transactions from this month
I can’t record my payments for my invoices - I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling & re-installing the app, up until recently I was able to manually reconnect my bank account, but after 3 calls with QB support this is no longer working either. They only ask me to do it on the desktop version, but I work from my iPhone.
Following quickbooks onboarding video it looks like it's the very last step that is getting stuck. My bank account comes up after I follow the security protocol but no actual connection
Connect Bank Account
We receive payments through Stripe but there's no direct connection. Has anyone worked out how best to get the detail into QB from stripe without painstakingly splitting transactions when posting in the bank?
I seem to have two linked accounts with Virgin Money CC. One says the site is down for maintenance and consent is withdrawn. Then another saying Active but yet it isn't pulling in my recent transactions. Have been trying to unlink and relink this account but with no luck. QB seems to keep failing to do these tasks.
I've signed up for a payment link to add to my invoices. Is there an approval time, as they aren't showing up? I've checked that everything is toggled on in the accounts and settings tab.Thank you in advance, Jane 🙂

Tesco credit card not connecting
HelloI am with a small charity that has only recently received guidance on how to use Quickbooks properly. I am trying to tidy up transactions from the 2025-2026 period as much as possible before it goes to the accountants. The issue is that transactions were simply imported and categorised before this calendar year, so no bills / invoices, no matching, no separate account for the credit card, etc. So some transactions that really should be split are just single, e.g. paying off the credit card. My question is whether splitting already reconciled transactions will undo previous reconciliations even if the total is the same? And does it make a difference whether the category / account is the same? Not being able to split a transaction into parts of the same category isn't a huge deal (if not ideal) but things like the credit card payment really should be differentiated into categories. We were willing under a new manager to go back and redo every transaction properly since April 20
