To resolve this, visit your bank's website first to check if there are any ongoing issues or maintenance on their end. This is the most common cause of Error 102 in QuickBooks Online (QBO), which occurs when the program is unable to connect to your bank or experiences a disruption in syncing data.

Additionally, you can temporarily upload your bank transactions manually in QuickBooks for those entries that are affected by the error. You can check the complete instructions in this article: Manually upload transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Once the connection is re-established and your bank resumes normal syncing, this may create duplicates with your manually uploaded transactions. You’ll need to exclude these entries to avoid discrepancies with the ones you already posted.
