Which bank are you downloading from, and are you receiving a specific error message when the import fails? If your bank transactions are no longer importing into QuickBooks for Mac, there are a few common causes to check.

Make sure that you're using a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop, and ensure you are downloading a .qbo (Web Connect) file directly from your bank, as QuickBooks cannot read or import formats like .csv, .txt, or .qfx.
