Are Quickbooks and Rentman integrations work?

The QuickBooks and Rentman integration is fully functional, but it’s important to know where you initiated the connection. Did you connect Rentman to QuickBooks through the QuickBooks Integration Apps tab, or did you connect QuickBooks to Rentman via Rentman’s integration settings?

How you start the connection controls how data moves. If you added Rentman from the QuickBooks Apps tab (connecting from the QuickBooks side), it only pushes data from Rentman into QuickBooks, so your ledger accounts aren’t sent back to Rentman, and it won’t appear.

To make your QuickBooks ledger accounts visible in Rentman, set up the connection from Rentman’s side. This direction lets Rentman read your account data directly from QuickBooks.

If your ledger accounts still aren’t visible after setting up the integration, I recommend reaching out to Rentman’s support team. They can advise on the specific QuickBooks account types and settings required for proper visibility.

In the meantime, review your ledger accounts to confirm that each account is accurately categorized and that the account and detail types match the nature of the transactions you’re tracking.
