Are you trying to find your Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks Online? If so, please note that it may appear as "Payments to deposit" for some accounts. You can easily locate it by displaying its Detail type in the Chart of accounts. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Chart of accounts under YOUR COMPANY.
  3. Click the small Settings icon next to the Print icon above the list, then tick the Detail type box to make the column visible.
  4. Scan the DETAIL TYPE column to locate your Undeposited Funds account, regardless of its current name. You can rename it if needed.

However, if you need help moving payments into this account, you can check out this article for detailed guidance: Put payments into the Undeposited Funds account.

If you tell me what you're trying to change, I can also guide you here. For example:

  • Sign-in or account access issues
  • Company settings
  • User permissions
  • Billing or subscription
  • Email or contact information
  • Connected bank accounts
  • Taxes or payroll settings

What account setting do you need help with?
