Are there currently any issues with retrieving bank or credit card statements for reconciliation?

Our most recent Visa statement should have been available around the 15th/16th but when I check for unreconciled statements it isn't there. When I manually update I receive the message "We don't have anything to show right now. Please check back later"

I upload the transactions into QB monthly, reconcile the chages by posting them to the correct GL account and then need to do a bank rec and it is not reconciling
