How long will I get updates for my 2023 quickbooks for payroll?

I know the 3 year rule. But quickbooks is stopping desktop except for enterprise. Is quickbooks forcing payroll clients to switch to enterprise or on-line? Or can I keep using my desktop version and receive updates?
