Incorrect YTD Amount Incorrect

The first payroll of the new year has an extra $10K in the YTD Pay of one employee. Now into 2nd week since contacting Intuit Online Payroll support multiple times. I need the $10K removed as it carries forward and is incorrect. Can anyone please help me?

As much as I want to look into this further, I'm unable to open your account for security purposes. In this case, I suggest contacting our support team again. They have the tools to open your account and help you made the necessary corrections. 

 

If you're using the Intuit Online Payroll, here's how you can reach us: 

  1. Log in to your Intuit Online Payroll account.
  2. Click the Contact Us link. 
  3. If the link doesn't work for you, fill out this form to chat with an expert.

It appears to be an issue that has also affected other clients. Apparently your software engineers are still working on it but as yet, still no fix! Two weeks and counting since I initially contacted your "experts," since then chatted with more and none of them appear able to fix it, only to tell me the issue is being worked on. Two weeks? Really? Something is seriously wrong here.

This issue is going on 3 weeks now without being resolved. Is anyone else affected by this? Has anyone managed a fix?

I've checked with the specific issue you stated above, and found no updates with its investigation. 

 

Rest assured, our product engineers are working on a solution for this issue. With that said, they'll deploy a fix as soon as it's available. I suggest you get a hold of our Technical Support team for assistance. They can add you to the list of our affected users. This way, you'll receive an email whenever an update becomes available.

Thank you.

I've already contacted Payroll Support on a number of occasions and supposedly been added to the list of affected users. I'm still waiting for an email that tells me the update is available. It just seems like its taking a long time for a fix and, meanwhile, YTD pay on the affected employee's paystub is still $10K more than it should be.
