I have an employee who no longer seems to be getting workforce emails to access pay stubs.  But I cannot re-invite him.  There used to be a spot in payroll in the Personal info that let me send emails to them to set that up, but I am no longer seeing that option there.... ideas?

Sometimes employees aren't notified of the pay stubs because of the disabled notification reminder, cathy. I can assist you in viewing the setting to ensure they receive workforce emails on time.

Please let your employee follow the steps below to enable the notification on the QuickBooks Workforce App:

  1. Select Settings ⚙.
  2. Click Email notification.
  3. Ensure Send me an email when new pay stubs are available is turned on.

If it's already switched on and there's no email, you may want to let your employee check their spam and junk folders.

On the other hand, you also have the option to use the Payday reminders to be on top of your payroll deadlines as an employer. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Email notifications.
  3. Turn on the Send to option and choose which reminder type to use.
  4. Tap Save, then Done.

You can refer to this article for various methods of sending another invitation to the same or different email: Resend an invitation to QuickBooks Workforce to view their pay stubs and W-2s.

Once everything is settled, you may share this guide with your workers to guide them with their paychecks, W-2s, and personal info in Workforce: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

Please let me know how it goes. I'm always here if you need more help with managing your employees. Keep safe always.

Thank you. But those directions do not seem to help.  I did go in and look at email notifications and the only option there is Payday reminders.  That is not what I want, I do not want to remind staff that time sheets or payroll stuff is due, that is not applicable to us.  Thanks for the idea though.
