Hi there,

It's good you're looking into adding the Pay-Now button on your invoice. Don't worry, I'll guide you through this.

I can show you how to sign up within your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

Click on the Gear icon.
Choose Account and Settings.
In the Payments section, click on Learn more.
Complete the company information.
You'll then be routed to this QuickBooks Payments page. From there, click on Add QuickBooks Payment.

The application will take about 24-28 hours, and you will be notified via email once it's approved. From there, you can start sending invoices with the Pay Now button.

Let us know how I can help you further by posting more questions. Have a great day!

I have the same issue. There is no "learn more" to click on in the Payments section.

Hello MontrealCharles,

Thanks for your interest in using QuickBooks Online Payments! I can help you sort out what's going on and why you're not seeing the option to learn more in the Payments tab.

From your screen name, I suspect you may be using a French QuickBooks Online account. QuickBooks Online Payments is currently only available in QuickBooks Online's English accounts. While you shouldn't see a Payments tab at all in a French account, even if you do, this lack of French Payments could be why you're missing the Learn more button.

If you are in an English account, I recommend troubleshooting. Taking steps such as clearing your browser or app's cache and trying a different browser all together can resolve these instances where buttons and options seem to be missing. Learn more about that here: How do I clear my cache and temporary Internet files?

In the event that doesn't help solve the problem, connect with one of our support teams for further troubleshooting. Here's how.

Phone and Chat: Click Contact Us to learn how to reach phone and chat support.

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)

Social Media: Facebook and Twitter from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET

I'm available if you need clarification about any of that. :) Have a great week!
