How to remove only some data that we want

Hello.I'm Jenny. We have used QuickBooks Plus and tested many things before using it to our customers.We wonder if you could delete some test data we want for us.For example,  We want to keep our settings (that's why no reset is possible) , but want to delete only invoices/estimates/payments and Products/Services List.So Please let me know if there's another way but deleting one by one manually. P.S. Only "Make inactive" can be shown on Products and Services menu.      There's no "Delete" button on Products and Services menu.? How can I remove sample data?? Looking forward to quick reply!

What is the standard value for uploading each product/service name?

In order to update the existing product list information in bulk, I imported a csv file with the same product /service name and the different another information(modified price). I found that the data was not overwritten and only added further. (Result : 2 same service names on the list)What is the standard value for uploading each data on product/service menu? Is it.. SKU??  Please let me know. If I want it to  be overwritten, what should I do?

I'd like to get the guide to enter invoice payments manually!

Hello, I'm Jenny from Netkiller., Ltd.Here're some questions. First, We receive payments outside of QuickBooks, so we have to enter 'Paid' in each invoice if it's paid.But cannot find the guide about it on Support Q&A and youtube. (https://www.youtube.com/c/quickbooks/videos)Also, I wonder if I can delete or modify it after entering payments.Could you let me know the support guide and youtube video to process it?  Next, I found there're many menus on Quickbook video, which is differernt from ours.How can we use those menus like 'Sales'?
