To resolve this, kindly login to your bank's website. If you're able to login with the login credentials you've used. let's try to update or re-enter it in QuickBooks. Here's how:

Go to Banking tab.
Select the bank or credit card account you need to update.
Select Edit ✎.
Select Edit sign-in info.
If your web browser auto-fills the user ID and password fields, clear them. This ensures your browser doesn’t put in old info by mistake.
Manually type in the user ID and password for your bank account. If your bank offers a Show option, select it so you can confirm you entered the password correctly.
Select Update.

The bank is Great Southern bank. I have tried all of these things and I can login to the bank directly so my password is correct.
