Do you have QBO US version or another region?

Hi there, @bookkeeper1-mybi. I'll share my insights about international payment via ABA batch.

Currently, QuickBooks doesn’t support international payments directly via ABA batch files, as ABA files are primarily designed for domestic Australian bank payments. However, there are two approaches you can consider.

If you're paying local suppliers, you can enable the ABA file feature in QBO. Set up your bank account for ABA payments in QBO settings, export the file for batch processing, and upload it to your bank.

For international batch payments, I recommend using a third-party payment solution These apps allow you to process multiple payments to international vendors in one batch, and you can integrate them with QBO for better tracking and reconciliation.

Here's how:

  1. On top of your dashboard, select the Integration icon left-side of the bell icon.
  2. Click + Find integrations.

  3. Search for a third-party app using the search bar, or browse available categories and industries.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the setup.
