I’m making this post to get some clarification around QBO Global—specifically how to contact global customer support or sales.I currently support QBO customers in the United States, but it’s not uncommon for us to receive calls related to international accounts. Most often these are from Jamaica or Mexico, with a few other countries popping up occasionally.I’m hoping to confirm the following:What add-on products are available to customers in Jamaica or Mexico?Are Payments available in those regions?Is Bill Pay an option?What is the correct phone number for QBO Global customer support?Is there a separate contact number for QBO Global sales?Any clarification would be greatly appreciated—thanks in advance!

Hi QuickBooks Time Community, Timesheet exports to QuickBooks fail after approval with 2 errors: 1. NOTICE (service items created in QBT, not synced from QB - hours export without items) 2. Error 2500 ("Something deleted on QB side... Invalid Reference Id"). Tried: re-sync, recreated QB items, cleared queue. No fix. Should I: A) Create service items first in QuickBooks, then sync to QBT? B) Use generic service items as workaround? C) Contact QB support to restore deleted item references? Which is correct workflow? Thanks!

I am raising a formal grievance regarding the latest QuickBooks upgrade.The system performance has collapsed. It is extremely slow. You cannot work productively anymore.I cannot pass basic entries. I cannot record bills. Reports take ages to open. Some reports do not open at all. Day to day accounting work has become impossible.This upgrade is a disaster. It has broken a product which was previously stable and efficient. Whoever approved or suggested these changes has damaged QuickBooks as an operational accounting system.Please do not respond by blaming browsers or internet speed. I have tested multiple browsers.
