Why am I getting this message "Error Loading Transaction - Please Try Later" quite often when editing an invoice?

Let me share ways to help you fix the error message you're encountering with your invoices in QuickBooks Online(QBO), @Arazeh.

If you're trying to edit recurring invoices, we have an ongoing investigation about getting an error loading transaction- please try again later. Our engineers are diligently doing their best to fix it immediately.

In this case, I recommend contacting our Technical Support team to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the investigation's status. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select the Help (?) menu.
3. In the Assistant window, type “Talk to a human” in the field.
4. Enter “Getting an Error message while editing an invoice,” then go to the Contact option.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.

On the other hand, if it's not a recurring invoice, we can perform browser troubleshooting steps to fix the error. Your browser's cache and cookies become corrupted, leading to errors or unexpected behaviors.
