Batch Transaction

Good evening,

We recently upgraded to QuickBooks Online Advanced from the Desktop version.  We would like to enter bills via batch transactions, but we only have "invoices" and "sales receipts" in the dropdown box.  Is it possible to enter bills via batch transactions and if so, how do we add them to the drop own box.

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having the ability to enter transactions as one batch in QuickBooks Online Advanced is a great time saver!  However, due to your situation, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will be able to work with you in real time and assist you with accomplishing your goals as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Hello, I have the same problem, and it appears this is simply not available in Canada, Can someone please explain why that would be?
