Batch Transaction

Good evening,

We recently upgraded to QuickBooks Online Advanced from the Desktop version. We would like to enter bills via batch transactions, but we only have "invoices" and "sales receipts" in the dropdown box. Is it possible to enter bills via batch transactions and if so, how do we add them to the drop own box.

However, due to your situation, I recommend contacting us outside of Community. Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Hello, I have the same problem, and it appears this is simply not available in Canada, Can someone please explain why that would be?
