Today, when i open quick books pro desktop i keep getting a message saying " a problem cause the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notifiy you if a solution is available"

There was recently an issue with QB connecting with TD Online Banking.  QB advised me the issue had been resolved and to disconnect, then re-connect the bank account.  This resulted in a great many duplicate transactions in my bank feed.  Is there an easy way to resolve this?  Or do I have to sift through all 10 pages and manually identify every duplicate, then exclude it? I am hoping there is a better way!!

Is it possible to have two company divisions under one files.  We have one company wholesale and a retail.  We are looking to merge the accounts.   The retail is done on a separate file, and would like to bring totals into the wholesale file.   The bank statement for the retail will be reconciled and would like to bring the balance to the wholesale. It  is confusing I guess, but if anyone has an idea, please help

Is there a way to opt out of the new stat holiday pay items?  The hours paid to an employee for Stat pay are insurable however it looks like only a lump sum can be entered in the "Stat Pay - Average daily wage" column. Entering the stat pay as a lump sum amount is more work for me then simply entering the hours.  Also, the "Stat Pay - Hourly Premium" pay item will never be used by my company and now shows on the paystub with the YTD amount from the previous "Stat Pay" pay item which I do not want.

I am setting up a non profit client (a church) in payroll.The setup requires proof of ownership.Has anyone had this request

A customer received an emailed invoice. That invoice is no longer in QBO. I have checked the audit log, and that invoice does not appear to have been deleted or voided. The customer never paid the invoice - he claims he mailed his check, and it never arrived. The individual potentially had access to QBO - but it is my understanding that all deleted or voided transactions show up in the audit log. How is it possible that an item can be deleted and not show in the audit log? That invoice number doesn't show when I print a list of all invoices - the number before and after the missing invoice is in the report.

Has anyone found a way to not have this post to projects?  This is the breakdown of any employee that has time on the project but it shows the total net pay.

Hello,I am trying to make an adjustment to a sales tax return.  I used to be able to view the return and select "add adjustment".   I no longer have/see the "add adjustment" option?  

I used QB Desktop Premier Contractor Edition.  An employee has resigned after I paid him and I do not owe him any earnings.  How do I terminate him in QB and activate an ROE.  QB will not let me create a termination paycheque without any earnings.  Thank you!

When I prepare invoices, the rate and hours are showing in the description but only when the invoice is printed. i have unchecked the box in the invoice template but it is still showing. How can I fix this as we need to invoice clients without having the rate showing.
