employer contributions how to set up

Would like to add a one time payment to payroll for an expense report.

I watch a video and the option where it should be, isn't there.. and i can't find where i can upgarde my account do to that

Before I got the employee set up with direct deposit etransfers were sent for their pay. Currently QB is double tracking the money that went out (etransfer and in pay cheque list). The pay cheques are not showing up to be matched with the payment. Is there a way to search for them or clearly have them match?

How do I stop the messages about TLS 1.2. I'm using QB Desktop on Windows 11 and the latest version of Firefox. The help information only goes up to Windows 10.

I had a PC failure and had to install QuickBooks 2014 on a new PC. I did that but now I am seeing a number of issues.  I realize that this is an old version but it ain't broke so I am not too keen on spend money particularly given the fact that I am in the process of wrapping up the company.  Interestingly, the QB2014 has been running on the now defunct PC for years (both running Windows 10 22H2) and I have never seen any of these issues. Every time I launch QuickBooks I get a message asking me to register. When I click on register now button, a blank screen entitled "Intuit Accounts - Sign In" opens and that's it - just a blank screen. I suspect that the registration issue might be related to another problem I am having which is that I keep getting the following message:"For Security, Intuit does not support this browser or browser version"  The message goes on to say that I should download and install a supported browser - trouble is that I have two on t

I am attempting to pay multiple lump sum payments for loss of employment. As per CRA, the payments are Federal Income Taxable and CPP/EI Non-Taxable. QBO does NOT have such an earnings type available. Please suggest a workaround solution so that the T4 and T4 Summary will be properly stated when filed. Using an Allowance or Reimbursement are not potential solutions.

Navigation to the webpage was canceled error keeps coming as if I am not connected to internet, which I am.

When I create an invoice in Dubsado, and a client pays via Stripe, the transaction is automatically applied in Quickbooks and the payment goes to "undeposited funds". Now, when I go to "bank deposit" and click on the customer and apply the deposit, now all of a sudden the "total" in their customer account is incorrect (not the balance, but the total at the bottom of the screen). What am I doing wrong? And how to create these entries? The payouts from Stripe are coming in lump sums for multiple customer payments at one time.

I can't chat with a person and if I use contact us thing and request for a chat it says my request is submitted and there is an Okay button that I can't press and I can't move to a chat page. This is so stupid. Quickboos don't even solve a problem and it won't even let me talk to someone for help.

In my account there are only 3 transactions showing (from August and September), but I have not reconciled since January 2025. Where are all of my transactions to match?
