Ridiculous 49% subscription price increase for Desktop 2025

Brickbat... So I just got the annual May price increase email from Intuit for our subscription to QB Desktop. This time the monthly fee is jumping from $47 + tax to $70+ tax; a 49% increase (+tax increase). What kind of legitimate, well run business just dumps that kind of price increase on their customers? Ripoff...  I have been a QB user since 2006 and have seen all kinds of price changes, and structure changes,  and other fee raising models, but this one is almost as bad as the ridiculous switch to charging a per/employee fee to the payroll module (on top of its subscription fee).  I will never, ever recommend QB to any of my small biz colleagues, clients, or to any of our local chamber of commerce group members because of the way the pricing is managed and communicated.

Is anyone experiencing issues with uploading receipts?

I upload receipts, quickbooks shows processing and then when the page refreshes the uploads disappear. I even tried in incognito mode and it does not work.

Pourquoi lorsque je veux rapprocher ma carte de crédit j'ai un message qui me dit que mes relevés n'ont pas encore été importés alors qu'ils l'ont été ?

J'ai dû téléverser certains relevés bancaires (carte crédit) au format .txt. Je vois très bien toutes les transactions lorsque je suis dans mes opérations bancaires mais lorsque je veux rapprocher j'ai le message qu'ils ne sont pas encore importés.

I am hoping someone can help. I recently had a computer crash. I have been using QuickBooks 2013 on my desktop for 10 years. I have a full back up of my 2013 files. When I try to upload them to the 2024 QB desktop trail version I am unable to. When I try to upload them online I am unable to. Neither option accepts my back up file format. After doing research - I've read the 2013 file formats cant be accepted by the newer versions. I no longer have my 2013 installation disk, but I do have my customer number and validation number which I've provided to QB. I have contacted QB via phone many times - they recommended I try the above - online and trial versions to get my files. They said my customer number and validation number do not exists (I kept a record of them upon purchasing and installing QB 2013 10 years ago when I registered my product) no help or progress from Intuit! Why am I no longer able to print a journal entry ?

Until quite recently, after I posted a journal entry I was able to print it. Now when I print the journal entry nothing loads, it prints a blank page. The journal entry was posted correctly I am just not able to print it. What changed?
