options not populating

I'm trying to create a bill and products and services won't populate, there is only one option and it won't let me even type to search the correct category

We can perform a troubleshooting step to ensure the Products and services load properly and allow you to select the correct Category when creating a bill, Jane.

 

When creating a bill, you will be able to select Products and services and choose an appropriate Category for the bill. However, since the list of options for Category and the Products and services is not currently displaying, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache, as accumulated data in your browser may prevent these options from displaying correctly.

 

Alternatively, you can use different supported browsers, as some features may not work properly in unsupported browsers.
