I am using quick books desktop 2024 and i can not access the help menu in it

    Did you receive any error message when clicking the Help menu? For potential company file damage, you can run Verify and Rebuild utilities. This helps you identify and repair data damage within your company file.

     

    If the issue continues after running Verify and Rebuild, you can run the QBDT Tool Hub. This helps fix unresponsive buttons and frozen menus in the system.

    No error message.  It just does not open.    I will try the verify and rebuild to see if that helps, thanks.
