You can change your account currency from PHP to USD directly in Account and Settings. Once saved, your existing invoices will automatically update to USD.

Here are the step-by-step instructions to walk you through it:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Advanced tab.
  3. Under the Currency section, change your home currency from PHP to USD.
  4. Save after.

Please note that if you have already enabled Multicurrency in your account, your home currency can no longer be changed. In that case, your best option is to create a new QuickBooks Online company and set USD as the home currency during the initial setup.

If you're unsure whether Multicurrency is turned on, you can check by going to the Currency section in your Account and Settings and looking for the Multicurrency setting.
