We completely understand how alarming it is to see your email change unexpectedly, and we want to point you to the right fix right away. Could you clarify if this is showing on invoices or transactions you send out, or somewhere else?

If it is happening on your outgoing transactions, you can update your sender display by going to the Gear icon.

Here’s how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings, and select the Company tab.
2. Select Edit next to Contact Info and update all email fields
3. Hit Save, then Done.
