Multi User Mode with Linux DB Server Manager

Hi,

I have QB Enterprise 18, and i store files on the Linux (DB Server Manager v. qbdbm-29, CentOS 7.6.1810)

All working fine, but don't work Switch Multi-User Mode

Of course attempt to fix the DB don't work

  1. Go to this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop and choose your version.
  3. Click the Solving Issues & Error Messages topic.
  4. Click the File & Network Management sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.

Let's resolve your Multi-user mode issue, ivangerasimov39.

 

This could a be an issue from the program that's why you're unable to switch to a multi-user mode. Let's clean install the program to fix this.

 

Before doing so, let's make sure that your installation CD and license number are available. Also, you'll need to back up your company file to avoid data loss.

 

Here are the steps:

  1. Uninstall QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Download and run the QuickBooks clean install tool.
  3. Rename the installation folders.
  4. Reinstall QuickBooks Desktop.

I also have tried install Desktop application to other PC

Nothing changed
