Question

QuickBooks Checking Instant Deposits are no longer working.

This morning I discovered that I couldn't initiate an instant transfer to a card from my QuickBooks Checking account, even though I've been using it for several months. Some other businesses are also experiencing problems similar to what I encountered this morning.

There are reasons why you weren't able to use Instant Deposit. You may have reached your daily transaction limit, or your available balance may include payments that are still processing or fall outside standard third-party banking schedules and cut-off times. Payments processed before 3:00 PM PT are handled within standard timelines, while those submitted after 3:00 PM PT or outside of regular business days are queued for the next business day.

If none of these factors apply to your situation, you can reach out to our Intuit Expert team. They can help you resolve your issue with Instant Deposit.

By the way, did you receive a specific error message when trying to complete the instant deposit? Feel free to share a screenshot below. We’re here to help.

Did you receive any solution on this?  I also lost instant deposit last week.

Lost instant deposit and regular transfer is throwing “hmm…that didn’t work. Try again later.” What kind of an error message is that? Bot says known outage issue among many customers. Then why does the status pages say no issues.

The error message you received while using an instant transfer can be due to recently updated limits. This caused transfers to be declined, even for amounts you have previously processed. Additionally, the QuickBooks Status page shows no active issues related to this, confirming this isn't a known outage.

To help understand these changes, I recommend checking your email for updates from Intuit or Green Dot. If you need further guidance, you can contact our Intuit Expert team.
