Good day,

I have noticed that when using QBO on weekends, I get a pop-up message that reads "Your connection is not private.  Attackers might be trying to steal your information from c4.qbo.intuit.com"

Why is this? and Why does it only happen on weekends?

I did clear my cache, in case you are wondering.

Thank you, Nwabisa (RSA)

Let me share some clarification about this error, Nwabisa.

To start, your connection is not private, and an error indicates that your browser cannot verify if a website has adequate encryption measures to protect your device and data. This issue can arise on any internet-connected device, including computers, smartphones, or tablets. To address this and ensure uninterrupted access to Intuit’s site, we can add Intuit as a trusted site in your browser’s settings. This will prevent the browser from blocking access to the site. You can follow these steps if you're using Chrome:

  1. Click on the three dots ( ⋮ ) in the upper right, then select Settings.
  2. Select Privacy and Security from the left panel and click Site Settings
  3. Select Third-party cookies, then scroll down to click on Add.
  4. Enter intuit.com and click Add to save.

Additionally, visit this link to learn more about two-step verification.
