Sync With Etsy Issues 2026

I'm looking for support with the Sync With Etsy App. As of 10/25/2026, the Sync With Etsy app has stopped syncing my Etsy shop to my Quickbooks account. It appears that the app has been removed from the Quickbooks App Store. Seemly overnight, the Sync With Etsy app stop working and disappeared from the App Store without warning. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I understand your concern. Intuit has discontinued its legacy Sync with Etsy app integration. That's why your sync stopped and why the app is no longer in the QuickBooks App Store.

 

Intuit is replacing it with the new Etsy Connector by QuickBooks. You can connect it by following the steps in this article: Connect and manage Etsy transactions in QuickBooks Online. Be sure to choose the date on or before your last synced order so no orders are missed.

 

Once connected, new orders should appear in the Imported tab of App transactions within a few hours.
