Thank you for reaching out to us in this forum, Abby. We can take a few steps together to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing with the Live Experts feature disappearing from the menu panel in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Sometimes, a browser can accumulate a lot of frequently accessed pages, which could lead to unusual display behaviors in QBO. To resolve this, I recommend opening an incognito window in your browser to access the product with a clean slate.

If the Live Experts menu appears, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, switching to other supported browsers could also be worth a shot.

On a different note, you have the option to personalize the Dashboard to display the most relevant and important information for your business at a glance. This can help streamline your workflow and improve your visibility into your finances.

Don't hesitate to post here in the Community if you have further questions about your bank transactions, including categorizing or reconciling accounts in QuickBooks. I look forward to helping you further.

Looks like there were some changes made to the permissions section and "standard all access" was changed to "in house accountant" by default and that is why my tab was gone.
