If you're a first-time user, the payment processing can take up to 5 business days to set up your merchant account. You will be notified via email once the setup is complete and when you can start processing at normal speed.

Also, payments processed before 3 PM PT will get deposited the next business day, while those after 3 PM PT will take two business days.

Otherwise, if it’s beyond the timeframe, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Payment Support to track the payment or contact your bank to check the payment status and any additional steps needed.
