NYS-1 rejected for tax period begin date invalid. I don't see where to enter a begin date on the NYS-1 only a payroll end date.

When I click on the total amount in an account it no longer gives me the breakdown of what the total number consists of. I spoke to QB a while back and was told it is a problem at QB and would be fixed by the 27th of June. It is NOT. Anyone know more
Why are my transactions not coming up
Some items will be fixed when the accounts are updated in payroll settings, but some items like healthcare, transit card and such were not.

When adding an employee I only want certain customers I choose to load when the customers sync when the employee logins in to work force link I send them and not every customer in our database which is over 10,000 customers that would have to sync when the app is first downloaded. I would like only certain customers to sync when they login to our company workforce I create. The employee is telling me that this happens every time he logins to the app.
I did payroll yesterday & sent to QB. Employees are setup for direct deposit. When I entered information for employees hours I forgot to check the pay period dates. I sent the payroll & just now noticed the date are wrong. Is there a way to go in & change them?

In the App Transactions section I dont see sales information syncing after 6/18/25. Even though there are sales after this date.
I have called the Vermont department of labor and they will not issue me an account number and have confirmed I am not liable. There is no option in payroll setup for skipping this.
I have some products and services that I need to update the purchase description on. For example, let's say my purchase description says "Super Widget 2 pack - 20 packs per carton" and I want to update it to "Super Widget 2 pack - 10 packs per carton".When I make the edit and click save, QBO refuses to save and instead gives me an error message.I have tried I don't even know how many times to have support help. Clearing cache doesn't help. Opening in another browser or incognito mode doesn't help. Sharing my screen with them and having them watch while I replicate the error message over and over again doesn't help. Creating a case and having their internal team take a look and try to fix it doesn't help. This problem has been going on since September of last year and I haven't had one person able to tell me how to fix this.
Hello, I am using time entries with my payroll, however in the beginning I was using time activities. Time activities are accessed from the client or from the menu at the top left corner of the screen, but not in the Time tab. I noticed that time activities will not show up on a timesheet, but is that the only difference? Are there reports that look at one or the other, or both? Thanks!Diane
