Wht is it when I check the audit log, I can click on "view", but then there is no entry. just blank? For every single entry that i click?

These are all for entries that are listed as changes made by either "System Administrator" or "Online Banking administrator"

Why are Audit Log Entries showing incorrect user?

I am attempting to sort through an audit log after a CPA commited fraud, created checks, deleted entries, deposits etc.... When I try to click view on Audit Log entry, the user changes and is different then what the first log stated. Why is this? Was the CPA able to manipulate the audit log?

Change the number of pay periods

Hi, I have some employees who want to be paid over 26 pay periods and some who want to be paid over 20 pay periods (we're a small private pre-school that operates 10 months of the year). Is there a way to change this? Quickbooks currently assumes everyone is on the automatic 26 period schedule. Thanks

QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024 & Commerce Sync For Square

Hi, I have a QB file on my computer for a lock and key company.  They run everything through Square, and I had successfully downloaded a 3rd part sync program called Commerce Sync to download all invoices and payments. It was working beautifully until August 8th. On that date, a completely different sync program for another company, had to log into my computer to fix their sync with QB 2024.  They said they had to update the QB certificate in order for their sync to work. Ever since then, I have not been able to get Commerce Sync to work.I have been the phone with Commerce Sync of course.They have looked at logs and cannot find anything wrong on their end. At their suggestion, I uninstalled Commerce Sync App.  Now, when I try to reinstall, it tells me that QB isn't open, when it actually is. So now, I can't install it at all.I have tried running both programs set as Administrator. I am so frustrated and don't know what to do.  A Any suggestions would be re

Estimation For Quarterly Tax Payment

I have QB Solopreneur... I don't have ANY categories to use for Business Income. I was only able to use "Other Income" and I don't see any feature to let me create a brand new category for this. I am an independent contractor and I don't see a way to categorize my payments into my linked bank account as Business Income. How am I supposed to use QB SP to help calculate my QTRLY Tax obligations??? When I go to Taxes, Income Tax, and then select Tax Estimates t the top, it shows my payment as income however Income tax and Self Employment tax ar not getting calculated. Both show as zero.

I was trying to view a previous reconciled transaction. I made literally no adjustments to it and even pressed revert. However, it will not close. It says "Warning this account is the wrong type for this field. Please enter a different account of the appropriate type for this field".I am in the CC register. I tried deleting that particular transaction but then the same thing happened to the following. I can't exit QB at all.Help!

Feedback

Just a general complain/question. When I use the feedback feature inside of QBO I get the email saying thanks for the feedback, but I never hear anything back at all after that. What's up with that? I'd at least like to get a couple of emails back asking for more details about what feedback I sent in.
