How do I reprint checks? I set up to print 10 checks but forgot to change the Print on Both Sides option to 1-sided printing, so I need to reprint the checks.

Any troubleshooting ideas for connecting bank accounts? I've not been able to get through the security point. All the numbers they give to send a code to are not mine.

My bank made changes, and my accounts stopped being linked to my QuickBooks account. When I try to link them, the phone numbers listed to send a security code to are not associated with me and I cannot get the code to proceed.

Quickbooks Payments got turned on without us turning it on. How do we turn it off

This is a semi-governmental agency and it requires a board to make a decision whether to use merchant services or not. I don't know why Intuit turned it on without consent.

Customer sent payment. Payment said received and will be deposited. Payment was never deposited and now it shows payment was canceled.

Did work for a customer he paid me $375. I have done work for this customer before he paid with the same method and I had no issue this time. He paid me it said payment received and then it said I should receive the fund shortly and then it said I should receive them and wanted two business days and then it said there was a problem and then now I look, and it says the transaction was canceled. Customer is telling me he doesn’t see a credit for $375 in his bank. Where is the money?

Bounced check choice can't be selected

My version of QBDT for Mac Plus 2024 is V23.1.8 R9.2I have a bounced check to record.  When I go to customers|received payments and put in customer name the bounced check selection is grayed out and can't be selected.  When I put in Check as the type of payment it still can't be selected.Is there a setting that needs to be turned on?Thank you.

How can I change the display font in qbo to darker font. having trouble reading light grey. browser set on dark mode does not impact display font inside qbo display
