Let me share information on how to unassign your customers from your team members, Andie.

In QuickBooks Online, we can only manually unassign customers from your team members one by one. Since you want to unassign your customers all at once, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Time Support, for they have the necessary tools and expertise to help you.

Here's how you can contact them through QuickBooks Time:

Sign in to QuickBooks Time, then click Help.
Search for existing Product Help articles.
If you can't find an answer, select Contact Us.
Enter your concern and click Continue.
Choose a way to connect with us:
- Chat with us to chat with a support expert
- Have us call you to get a callback from the next available expert

If you need prompt assistance, you can reach them directly through their contact number: Contact QuickBooks Time support.

Also, if you want to learn more about tracking and managing your team members' timesheets, you can check out this article: Track and manage QuickBooks Time in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have further concerns about managing your customers. Keep safe.

Thanks for that info. Is there any possible way that we can add an option for this so we won't have to call help for support just to unassign customers all in one go? I want to do it myself. Is there any possible way we can do this?

Hello there, Andi! Manually unassigning customers can be challenging, especially when dealing with a large volume of them. I see you want to do it yourself.

Currently, the feature to unassign customers in one go is unavailable. To remove a customer, you'll need to select each one and uncheck the box individually.

A batch option would undoubtedly streamline the process and enhance efficiency, so let's submit this idea to our product engineers. They will review your suggestion and consider it for future updates.

Here's how:

Go to the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
Type in your ideas or suggestions.
Hit Next to submit.

Always remember that your input matters. Track your recommendations through our QuickBooks Feature Requests website.

In the meantime, you can follow my colleague Rogelio's suggestions to contact our QuickBooks Time support.

Moreover, you can set up a break feature in QuickBooks Time. This functionality helps to track your team members' paid and unpaid daily breaks.

Your input will prompt our product engineers to review and consider improvements, ensuring we continue to meet your needs effectively. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance while navigating your tasks with QuickBooks Time.
