Duplicate staff working on the same customer

Is it possible for 2 members of staff to charge time to the same customer for the same time period?

I keep getting an error message that wont let us record the time entry.

For example staff member A works on client A betweeen 10 and 11am.

Staff member B also works on client A between 10.15 and 10.30.

How does the system deal with this please?

Hello there, @Wunderwoman.

Thanks for visiting us today. You can clock your crew in, switch jobs, or customers in QuickBooks Time. Here's how:

Go to Time Entries, then select Timesheets.
On a timesheet that displays Working, select Edit (pencil icon) .
Clear Currently working, and select Save.
In the Time Entries window, select Add Time, then enter the team member's username, and select Currently working.
Complete the remaining fields as needed, and select Save.

Repeat for each team member.
