How do I post a reversing journal entry (accrual)?

Welcome to the Community! I'd be more than happy to show you how to reverse a journal entry. 

Follow the steps below within your QBO account: 

1. Go to your Chart of accounts. 
2. Choose the account you created a journal entry for. Select View Register. 
3. Pick the journal entry in the account register. The word "Journal" should be in the Ref No. or Type Column. 
4. Tap the journal entry to expand the view. Press Edit. 
5. Click Reverse. 
6. Hit Save.
