We are a shop and do not issue invoices but only sales receipts (without any customer information) How do we report Credit Card Payments by our clients in Quickbooks ?

The payments are deferred meaning we usually receive the money into accounts 48 hours after the client pays in the shop. I do not know how to report sales in Quickbooks without an actual invoice.

How to generate debtor/creditor ledger for a range of period?

Most of the accounting software can generate debtor or creditor ledger which shows all transactions (credit and debit) within a selected period, but it appears that Quickbook is not able to perform this.In addition, I've tried to generate one using customer/supplier balance detail to generate something which may barely pass as a debtor/creditor ledger. However, under this option, it is not possible to generate a report for this-year-to-date (selected date).Anyone can advise a way to solve this?

Can you filter vat detail report by memo/description. If you export to excel it does not split the invoice (Bill) as you entered it in order to filter it in excel.

Need this to check my GP% and vat returns. QB 2001 carried this out effortlessly and find it incredulous that there is no filter option on the vat detail report in QBO for the memo/desc column. Is There any fix for this?.

The default reports don't show the logo by default (only when I click on the header and select it). Is there a setting by which the 'Show Logo' is checked by default?

On every report, I can click on the header and mark 'Show Logo'. But I would like it to show that by default for every report for all users. I am already aware of report customization.
