Reports not generating due to data volume - how do I escalate to technical support?

Hi everyone, We're experiencing an issue where QuickBooks Online is failing to generate reports. The system appears to time out or hang without producing any output, and we believe the root cause is the volume of data accumulated in our account over the years. What we've tried so far: - Filtering reports to shorter date ranges - Clearing browser cache and switching browsers - Running reports during off-peak hours - Waiting and retrying - issue persists What we need: We need to be connected to a technical support specialist or backend team who can investigate whether there are server-side performance limits affecting our account, or whether data extraction methods are available. Has anyone faced this before and found a way to get a proper technical escalation? Is there a specific support tier, case type, or contact method that bypasses the front-line agents? Any guidance is appreciated - this is blocking our accounting operations. Thank you.

We understand that this is a significant part of your daily workflow, and we don't want to worsen the situation. Exporting reports to Excel can sometimes run into issues due to the volume of data within the specific report you're generating, rather than your account as a whole. I wanted to share our size limits with you to help make the process smoother.

Having higher limits or no limits at all for Excel exports would be a huge help. I’m sure our developers would love to hear your thoughts on this, so it’s definitely worth sharing as feedback.

Just in case you haven't done it before, here's a quick guide. Just click the Settings icon at the top right of your dashboard and select Feedback. You can drop your suggestions right there and hit Next to send them off.

Your feedback is definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing our Product Updates page.

Thank you for the response, but I need to be direct - the suggestions provided (submitting feedback and reviewing size limits) don't address my immediate operational need. I've already explored all available options on my end.

At this point, I'm not looking for a workaround or a feature request pathway. I need a solution. Specifically, I'm open to a raw data dump of the underlying report data in any format (CSV, JSON, Excel, etc.) - I can handle the processing on my side.

Can this be escalated to a technical team or a senior support tier who can either:
1. Extract and provide the data directly, or
2. Temporarily lift the export limit for my account so I can pull the report?

This is a recurring blocker on a critical workflow. I'd appreciate a concrete next step rather than a redirect to the feedback portal.

Consider having a BI app as a workaround to generate reports in real time.
