Trying to get a customer balance summary report which includes all active customer including zero balance

I'll walk you through the steps to create a Customer Balance Summary report that only shows active customers including zero balances.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Run the Customer Balance Summary report.
3. Ensure you've selected the correct reporting period.
4. Click the Show non-zero or active only dropdown, then choose All under Show rows and Active under Show columns.
5. Once done, hit Run report.

Please keep in mind that customers with blank are those who have no balances.
